Heather Rodin serves as Executive Director for the mission, HOPE GROWS HAITI. Providing care for the impoverished and abandoned in the vast Grand Goave region has become a life work.
An award winning writer and author, Heather has been a contributor to Chicken Soup for the Soul and other anthologies. She published her first book “Prince of Vodou, Breaking the Chains” in 2014 and is presently working on her second.
Mother of six grown children and grandmother of 12, Heather’s life is very full. She lives with her husband, Gord, and Great Dane, Bogart, on an acreage near Peterborough, Ontario.
